Zippy AI (the app) is built to keep your workflow on device when possible, with optional cloud features when you use Zippy Assistant or related services.
Information you provide
Content you type in the app (notes, Brain Dump, assistant messages, prompts, workspace items) stays under your control. If you use Zippy Cloud for the assistant, message text is sent over HTTPS to our gateway to generate replies. Do not send secrets you are not comfortable transmitting to an AI service.
Identifiers and accounts
The app may use a device-scoped identifier and a derived token to authenticate requests to Zippy Cloud. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may share a stable user identifier and, if you choose, your name— used only to personalize the experience and sync certain settings when iCloud sync is enabled.
iCloud
Optional iCloud Key-Value sync may sync selected preferences (for example model selection, pins, and related settings) across your devices signed into the same Apple ID, per Apple’s iCloud terms.
Apple Reminders
If you ask Zippy to create reminders and grant access, the app may read or write items in Apple Reminders as described in the system permission prompt.
Purchases
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We receive entitlement status from Apple to unlock Pro features; we do not receive your full payment card details.
Analytics
This build does not embed third-party advertising analytics SDKs. Operational logs on our servers may include minimal technical data (for example request metadata) needed to run and secure the service.
